Our prestigious client is currently looking for an ambitious, personable and self-motivated Customer Service advisor to initially start on a temp to perm basis. You will be responsible for ensuring customers are getting 5* service and dealing with any queries they may have over the phone and electronically. Great team and working environment, day shift only and great rates of pay!

Customer Service Advisor - The Job Role

Working alongside the Operations Supervisor to ensure the site is running as it should.

Responding to customer enquiries; this could be either email, web chat, telephone or even a walk-in customer to site.

Produce invoices and chase overdue payments.

Deal with termination documents.

Provide reports to management team weekly.

Upsell where necessary.

Be the main point of call for customers - answering all enquires.Customer Service Advisor - The Person:

Experience within a similar role is advantageous.

Flexible working hours where necessary.

Good computer knowledge.

Very well organised.

Confident telephone matter.

Personable and friendly approach to communicating with customers and colleagues.Customer Service Advisor Benefits:
