Summary

As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be interacting with Customers, Reps and Colleagues via telephone, email, etc. to process information in response to customer requests. You are proactive when resolving key issues, whilst setting a standard of excellence.

How you will make an impact:
  • Able to plan and prioritise workload daily.
  • Process Orders/quotes/pro-formas accurately within requested Service Level Agreement.
  • Manage processing Credits.
  • Ability to learn multiple systems and continually expand your knowledge of EMEA customer service functions.
  • Adhere to SLAs (Service Level Agreements) and work in team environment to meet goals.
  • Resolve claims within timescale.
  • Manage customer maintenance, setup, access, contact information and ensure accurate country currencies.
We are looking for people who:
  • Experience in customer service, retail background
  • Detail oriented
  • English – GCSE , Maths – GCSE
  • Customer Service focused
  • General Office Experience
  • Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Self-motivated
  • Ability to successfully multi-task, prioritize duties
  • Excellent verbal, written communication in English language
  • Sharing information, best practices with team
