Our global, corporate client based in Burgess Hill is looking for a Customer Service Advisor.
The role is for 6 months and to start asap.
This client treats all temporary employees in line with permanent employees so will get to enjoy 30 days holiday entitlement (plus the bank holidays) a lovely working environment - if you choose to go into the office and many employees discount perks.
Your role will be to responds to in-bound, routine customer telephone inquiries regarding products, services, order status, and other general questions. Typically uses scripted dialogue and may escalate inquiry to product support, billing, sales or return/repair. Logs calls and updates customer account records. At higher levels, may be asked to provide responses to submitted questions through out-bound calling.

The Role
  • Manage incoming calls and emails whilst processing orders
  • Respond to enquiries in a professional and timely manner by phone or email.
  • Handle any customer dissatisfaction, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives; following-up to ensure resolution
  • Communicate with courier companies to investigate delivery queries
  • Maintain regular, scheduled deliveries as required by customers
  • Ensure all data on our systems is kept up to date as required
About You
  • Flexibility to "go the extra mile" and full commitment to providing excellent customer service
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Previous Customer Service experience
  • Grade C or above in both English Language and Maths GCSE
  • A passion to investigate problems and find appropriate solutions
  • A dedicated team player
