Customer Service Representative, Dundee£10.58 per hour with various shift patterns available. Start dates are 5th December 2022 and 23rd January 2023Would you like to work for one of the UK’s supermarket giants as a Customer Service Representative? We have a number of full time roles available. No sales, inbound calls and a fun and friendly atmosphere. You’ll be based in a modern contact centre in the Dryburgh industrial estate with excellent facilities including a Costa Coffee, on-site gym and restaurant. It’s a great location with free parking and is easily accessible from Dundee city centre.As a customer service representative, you’ll earn £10.58 per hour rising to £11.14 after 52 weeks service. We currently have a mixture of shifts available and Hybrid working which involves working a minimum 2 days on-site & three days at home. Brand new state of the art laptop will be provided along with all other equipment to enable you to complete the role.You will be working for one of the UK’s best loved retail brands where the focus is on serving Britain’s shoppers a little better every day. The customer service representative role is initially a temporary job, but there may be opportunity for a long term career within the company in the future.You’ll be speaking to customers and helping to solve their queries by phone, email and in writing. Excellent communication and IT skills, coupled with a positive and friendly approach to customers are an absolute must.
