Platform are currently working in partnership with a Pontypool based business, who at present are looking to take on a Customer Service Administrator to help manage key account client operations and ensure the clients expectations are consistently met.

The candidate will be managing a set portfolio of new and existing customers. You will be responsible for the whole customer experience, including operational delivery of transport services and maintaining excellent customer relationships.

Free ParkingCustomer Service Administrator Duties and Responsibilities:

Account management activities

Dealing with customer requests and problem solving

Processing of customer orders and transit requirements

Production of transport confirmations including collection and delivery details

Support load planning

Keeping colleagues and customers updated of progress

Customer service during the transport of client goods from pick up to delivery

Administration to support the complete transport process and delivery of client specific requests

Administration of company Carrier Portal

Support in the production of management information for key client reporting

Performance management activities for subcontractors

Generating key client data for weekly/monthly review

Adherence to Company service model for key client deliverables and timescales

Supporting other team members in meeting their objectives

Production of management information for key client reporting

General administration and reporting dutiesCustomer Service Administrator Essential Skills and Experience:

Customer service experience 3 years minimum

Experience of processing orders on internal systems

Strong administration skills - IT literate

Excellent interpersonal skills, able to resolve issues and complaints

Team player - working with other team members to ensure business support

Communication skills - both verbal and written

Organisation and prioritisation of tasks

Good attention to detail

Ability to remain calm and professional under pressurePrivacy and General Data Protection Policy
