The Company

Specialising in Water and Waste Management, our client is looking for an enthusiastic Customer Service Administrator on a long-term basis.

This position is for an energetic, proactive individual who is wanting to settle into a company which will be ever-changing and developing. There is extensive training and development on offer; we are looking for an individual who is keen to learn and evolve. Interpersonal skills are essential as well as ability to communicate with people at all levels on a global scale with a positive, solution focused approach.

The Role

Administrating the common mailbox for spare parts enquires from our global customers

Accurately interpreting the requirements of our customer requests

Releasing quotations into workflows

Process spare parts orders from our agents and customers

Handle credits and disputes related to spares orders

Support global credit control in resolving overdues and disputes regarding aftersales

Providing accurate, valid and complete information by following instructions and processes

Learning the end-to-end process and participating in process improvement projects

Proactively interacting with internal and external stakeholders

Fostering positive relationships with current and potential customers Supporting the Aftersales service team

Contributing to data analysis and documentation

Providing back-up support in Aftersales where needed

Being familiar and complying with the company’s policies, including health, safety and environmental mattersYour skills:

Essential

Business qualification or equivalent work experience.

Customer service experience. Problem solving and trouble-shooting aptitude.

Ability to perform in cross-functional teams and in a challenging environment.

A positive and can-do attitude.

A proactive and flexible approach to daily work tasks.

Enjoys fresh challenges and working with colleagues to overcome these together.

A process-oriented mindset with a keen eye for detail.

Can work independently whilst also proactively contributing to the success of the team.

Knowledge of marine environmental technology can be an advantage.
