Overview

Russell Taylor Group has an opportunity for a temporary Customer Service Administrator to join a growing team within an exciting scientific manufacturing company. This is a great opportunity to develop your Administration career within a fast-paced office environment.

Responsibilities
  • Able to deal with customer enquiries which will involve thorough investigation into the customer orders
  • Process customer orders ensuring the information is correct
  • Accurately input data into various computer systems
  • Deal with internal and external enquiries
  • Providing general admin support to the team as and when required
Qualifications
  • Experience within an administrative position
  • Able to work in a busy office environment where no two days are the same
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Critical attention to detail
  • Confident, punctual and well organised, can work independently
  • Motivated, methodical and a great team player
  • Must be proficient in using MS Office products (Excel, Word, Outlook, TEAMS)
  • Working knowledge of Sage 200
  • Able to commute to Birkenhead where the office is based
