The Role

We are looking for talented individuals with exceptional customer service skills to join MTR Crossrail as a Customer Experience Sales Assistant on a part time basis from Monday - Friday (20 hours a week).

The role is based at our Eastern stations, and the Customer Experience Sales Assistant will be responsible for carrying out full booking office procedures, including cash regulations and accountancy, on a day to day basis while attending to the needs and requests of all our customers in a professional manner.

The Customer Experience Sales Assistant will undertake station checks as required, reporting any security threats, faults or hazards and complete accident and incident reports when required. You will take accountability of the ticket office and facilities, such as ensuring the Ticket Vending Machines are operational and that ticket office standards are maintained to MTR ticket office standards. The role includes maintaining familiarity with rail products and services, to provide assistance to our customers.

Working on a shift basis, you will become a key player on the Eastern Stations (Liverpool Street to Shenfield) and must live within 40 minutestravelling time.
