Customer Sales Advisor
Start date: Monday 26th July 2021
Salary: £19,760 (OTE £23,960)
Operational Hours: M - F 8am - 9pm & S & S 8am - 8pm
Rotational shift: 3 weekends off in 5
Location: Glasgow Based (home working initially)

Kura are looking for Salespeople of different backgrounds, to join our team for one of the UK’s leading telecommunications companies. We provide broadband, phone, TV and mobile to both new and existing customers.

You will be handling a mix of both inbound & outbound calls, helping people stay connected by providing the best service to suit their individual needs & wants.

Home working solutions for upcoming training groups to stay within government guidelines and keep you safe whilst restrictions are still in place.

What we need from you.:
  • You have at least 6 months in customer service or sales?
  • Have you got the ability to create opportunity through query analysis?
  • Do you have the drive and desire to meet and exceed monthly sales targets, and be rewarded?
  • Do you have the ability to profile customers in order to find out what products are best for them?
  • Do you have a high level of problem solving skills with ability to overcome objections
  • And above all, can you bring your skills and aspiration to the business and deliver excellent customer service?
