Customer Order Processor Wigston WFH but plans to return to the office therefore Wigston must be commutable Calling all customer service professionals! Due to recent company growth, my client is now looking to expand their customer service team on a full-time, permanent basis. The ideal candidate will comfortable handling in excess of 100 calls per day. Confidence is key with the determination to exceed customer expectation and ability to work comfortably under pressure. The Person:
  • Experience of handling high volumes of customer calls/ queries is essential
  • Experience of using Microsoft Office packages
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently, with minimum to no supervision
  • Enthusiastic team player
  • Ability to work under pressure The Role:
  • Provide outstanding customer service
  • Answer incoming customer calls
  • Responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism with customers
  • Build a good rapport and working relationships
  • Processing orders, online quotations, mailbox monitoring
  • Ensure customer information is kept up to date on the core systems
