We are Looking For:
A talented Customer Liaison Advisor to join our team to be based in our local depot and work closely with our Customer Experience centres and Operational teams.
Hours of work: 40 hours per week – 8.30am – 5pm with a 30 minute lunch break
Day to Day:
Duties include but are not exhaustive to:
- Promote Tuffnells as the customer champion
- Manage and handle customer queries that are directed to you from the centres as an alert
- Resolve customer complaints in a timely manner and respond to the customer directly
- Provide excellent customer service always putting the customer at the heart of what we do
- Work closely with the depot team to resolve any issues
- Be an ambassador for Tuffnells
To do this role you will:
- Have a strong track record in delivering excellent levels of customer service
- Ideally have experience working within logistics / warehousing or the parcels sector
- Demonstrate excellent communication both verbally and in writing
- Have a strong work ethic and desire to help the business succeed
- Have the ability to build effective customer relationships to strengthen connections, understand requirements and support customer retention
- Have the ability to think on your feet and be able to solve problems effectively and efficiently
- Be computer literate and confident in the use of technology and IT systems, including MS office
