Role: Customer Experience & Logistics Manager
Location: Runcorn
Salary: up to £30k
Therole:
We’re currently looking for a Customer Experience & Logistics Manager to join the team. Customer experience is at the heart of what we do, so this person will be integral in creating an exceptional service for the customer.
You’ll be supporting any enquiries that come through across phone, email, social media and our app, as well as tracking analytics, so that we can continually improve customer experience or streamline processes.
What you’ll be doing:
- Overseeing and ensuring a positive customer experience journey, maintaining high service levels and responding to queries in a timely manner
- Managing customer enquiries that come through phone, email, social media and the Hey! app
- Monitoring performance metrics and data to improve the products and to implement strategies to enhance the customer experience
- Providing regular reports on KPIs, product performance and customer satisfaction
- Consistently deliver the best possible customer experience through quality customer service
- Improving & Updating on site support such as FAQ’s.
- Taking full accountability for any customer enquiries that come through
What you’ll bring:
- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably within technology products
- Experience in using social media platforms to engage with customers and manage interactions across various channels
- Confident in advising on best industry practices, and to identify and suggest process improvements
- The ability to to build excellent relationships both internally with stakeholders, and externally with customers
- Proficient in email communication, ensuring prompt and accurate responses to customer inquiries
- You’ll be a problem solver, handling difficult problems efficiently but with patience and empathy
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
