Location: Flexible, with requirement to attend team meetings in Slough approx. once fortnightly & Customer Head Offices as required

We have some amazing opportunities to join our Mars Wrigley Gum & Fruity Confections business, as a Customer Development Leader (for a number of customer accounts). The purpose of this role is to leverage our Physical Availability across our customers to unlock performance within our key Wrigley brands.

What are we looking for?
  • A National Account Manager or Customer Development Leader, with passion and experience for driving brand performance and excellent account management
  • Customer management experience in Top 4 Grocery is preferable
  • Experience in customer sell in and negotiation processes, with demonstrated leadership qualities across additional projects within the role (e.g. HFSS, team engagement etc.)
What will be your key responsibilities?
  • This is a major trading role that will give the job holder real freedom and accountability for decision-making on the Gum, Fruity Confections & Mints portfolio; the Associate will contribute significantly to the total delivery of customer KPIs as well as the wider Grocery team
  • Accountable for delivery of 2021 targets across our GSV & NSV
  • Develop an understanding of the customer’s environment e.g. external trends, competitors and customers current and future needs which is leveraged to build shopper centric customer plans which drive mutual growth
  • Deliver a Best In Class Customer Experience to the customer’s trading team; understanding their strategy and KPIs, how to grow their category and making it easy for them to do business with us
