A well-established and leading Food Manufacturing company based in the Grimsby area is looking for a Customer Demand Analyst to join the business. Working as part of a team this is an excellent opportunity for either a Graduate or an experienced Customer Demand Analyst to join a company which has experienced a lot of growth over recent years and has plenty of investment plans going forward.

In the Customer Demand Analyst position, you will be responsible for;
  • To provide excellent service for specific frozen retail customers
  • Management of timely and accurate order processing
  • Primary daily point of contact for retailer supply chain contacts and internal business manager
  • Interpret customer intelligence to provide the best possible view of short term future sales
  • Support great service through proactive problem solving and identifying opportunities
  • Support Demand planner to create accurate forecasting on Sofco Demand
In return, the successful Customer Demand Analyst will be part of a business that continues to go from strength to strength. Salary £24,000 - £27,000k. The role may also suit a Graduate with a Business related or relevant degree

  • Experience in demand planning
  • A Graduate with a business related or relevant degree
  • Ideally from a food background or any FMCG/large manufacturing experience
  • Frozen Supply Chain customer service experience
  • A strong influencer, with excellent analytical and report writing skills
  • Flexible approach with some weekend & Bank Holiday responsibility
  • Experience with SAP
