As the COVID-19 pandemic continues to evolve, there has been a substantial increase in the number of organisations requesting our expertise. To meet rising volumes, we are seeking to recruit a Customer Data Team Leader.

The role of the Customer Data Team Leader is to work closely with the D2C operations team and lab admin teams to investigate any issues with results, to mass upload the results. To work with the home testing team and to upload all staff results through RFID.

Role Responsibilities
  • To be the escalation point when the manager/snr manager is not on shift
  • Managing the team when the manager/snr manager is not on shift
  • Running the manual negative uploads across all D2C sites
  • Running the manual negative uploads for Staff tests
  • Working closely with the labs and making sure they are passing the correct data over
  • Working closely with the D2C operations team making sure all data is correctly passed through RFID and being main point of contact for all issues
  • Working closely with the project team to support from a data side for all new/existing projects
  • Making sure the correct SOP is being followed across all sites
  • Working with CFO to pull different reports for the data team to "clean" through.
  • To keep a close relationship with RFID and to work with them to get different reports etc. to help with sites
  • Becoming a SF superuser

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment which is constantly evolving
  • Accurate record-keeper
  • Computer Literate - comfortable using MS Office suite and to navigate an intricate web system.
