Key focus:

We are looking for a Customer Connections Administrator to join our expanding team within Jurassic Fibre. The key focus of this role will be to assist the Customer Connections team in managing work orders for our customers.

The primary responsibilities will include working within our Customer Connections team monitoring a customer’s order through our installation process and liaising with the Installation Management team about any issues that may affect our customers installation. You will be required to work alongside our supervisors and assist them with any administration required on a customers work order. The ideal candidate will have good problem solving skills and should be proactive with a keen eye for detail.

This role will be office based.

This role will report to:

Regional Customer Connections Manager


Responsibilities:

  • Assisting our supervisors with any customer orders that require more work to enable an installation.
  • Liaising with the Installation Management team to ensure our customers are kept up to date with their orders progress through our department.


Key skills & Attributes:

  • Ability to read and understand English with high degree of proficiency
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Happy to work independently
  • Organised, punctual and ready to deliver great customer service.
  • Good IT skills as this role will be computer based
