Our Client are looking to recruit a Customer Advisor on a temporary basis initially.

You will be working for a well known utility company with great opportunities so if you stand out as a shining star there may be something long term available.

Hours of work are 42.5 hours a week between 8am-7pm but realistically you will work 8am-4pm Monday to Friday, some days you may just need to be flexible.

Pay rate - £9/hour

Key Responsibilities

Contacting developers regarding delays in planning and completing jobs

Escalating issues to relevant department

Outbound customer serviceWe are looking for candidates with excellent communication skills who are resilient and able to deal with difficult conversations.
