Customer Account Manager

Based in Wetherby, salary £25,000, full-time with early finish of 1.00pm on a Friday

Our client is a leading company who is recognised for quality products and excellent service. They are looking for a Customer Account Manager to work within their busy team environment reporting the Business Development Manager. The role requires you to effectively service and develop a portfolio of new and existing accounts. The position is predominately office based but there will be occasional external meetings where required.

Responsibilities include –

  • Support and develop a portfolio of new and existing clients
  • Identifying and exploring opportunities whilst providing a high level of customer service
  • Undertake customer visits when required to support quality and potential business development
  • Gathering information, producing quotations and following up
  • Ensuring contracts are checked, acknowledge and loaded onto the system
  • Communicating details of customer requirements to appropriate company stakeholders
  • Monitoring sales data and presenting figures at the monthly sales meeting
