RMS Are working on behalf of a leading provider of finished vehicle services in the UK for new, used and commercial vehicles.

Due to recent business growth, our client has an immediate requirement for Customer Account Coordinator, based at the Rockingham Logistic Centre in Corby.

Shift pattern: Full-time permanent role Monday - Friday

Hours9:00 - 17:00 with a degree of flexibility - 37.5 hours per week.

Salary: £ 11.96 per hour (£23,322 p/a) overtime £14.35

About the Role

The Customer Account Coordinator role is to ensure inbound & outbound vehicles are processed in a timely and effective manner to the correct destinations. The role will involve parts ordering specific to each vehicle manufacturer.

  • Checking paperwork and keys
  • Collating and storing on relevant paperwork
  • Checking vehicles with Drivers
  • Liaising with Hauliers and the team on site
  • Providing administrative support to department
  • Answering incoming calls
  • Process / Restrict problem vehicles
  • Ensuring IT system is maintained at all times regarding vehicle status
  • Parts pricing & ordering
  • Provide administrative support to department
  • Undertaking other duties as directed commensurate with the level of the job function

About You

  • Previous administrative experience (essential)
  • Computer literate with experience in using Excel (essential)
  • Strong communicative skills – speaking, reading and writing (essential)
  • Excellent numerical and literacy skill
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • The ability to work independently whilst meeting deadlines
