We are seeking an ambitious student focussed individual with high standards who shares and demonstrates our College Values in their personal and professional life.This post is pivotal in ensuring that our students with SEND and High Needs continue to have an outstanding learning experience with us and we support them on their destination focused journey with us, to adulthood and sustained employment or further study.Working closely with the Head of SEND and High Needs as well as the Director of Inclusive Learning, this is an operational leadership post ensuring that all elements of a high performing curriculum are managed with students being at the centre of everything we do. Typical duties of a Curriculum Manager include timetabling, teaching and learning planning and review, people management and curriculum planning.
