Full Time, 37 hours per week. Permanent. £22,893.24 - £ 23,550.75 (SCP 019-021) per annum.

It is an exciting time to join Education Partnership North East. The Graphic & Digital Designer will join an established Design Team working across Education Partnership North East, a regional partnership of colleges comprising of Sunderland College, Northumberland College and Hartlepool Sixth Form. The Design Team are working on a range of innovative creative projects to reach our wide customer base through a multi-channel and highly digital approach. The Graphic & Digital Designer will play an integral part in successfully delivering these projects and maintaining high standards linked to the organisation’s new overarching brand.

The successful candidate must be a team player who can demonstrate the ability to manage an extensive workload with the ability to turnaround high-quality and, often complex, design solutions in narrow timeframes.

You should be passionate and enthusiastic, with a proven track record of planning and delivering design for on and offline channels. You will understand the need to be ahead of trends relevant to the Group’s markets and be innovative in the solutions you recommend or deliver to position the Group ahead of its competitors.

You will be comfortable advising and supporting internal stakeholders.  Good planning and project management skills are essential, coupled with the ability to problem solve effectively.

Applicants should be able to demonstrate, in their personal statement, practical examples of how they fulfil the person specification. You will be asked to produce a portfolio of work as part of the interview process.
