Cruise travel has never been more popular! So, we’re delighted to be expanding our team of Cruise Consultants within our specialist B2B cruise brand, Cruise Plus.

dnata Travel Group B2B is an award-winning tour-operator with over 40 years’ experience in tailor-making holidays to worldwide destinations across 4 specialist travel brands – Gold Medal | Pure Luxury | Cruise Plus | Incredible Journeys. We are part of dnata Travel Group family, owned by the Emirates Group.

In this role you will be taking inbound calls from travel agents, matching their requirements to ensure their customers’ have the perfect cruising holiday. You will use your customer service skills and cruise knowledge to recommend products that will enhance the customers’ holiday experience. Our Sales Team is well-known for providing exceptional customer service, so we need exceptional people who can build relationships with our agents to guarantee repeat business and continue to provide the personal service we are known for.

This is a great opportunity to use your passion for cruise alongside your sales skills, with no need to be involved with aftersales queries and amendments, as our Operations Teams will take over post-booking.

Ideally you will have proven cruise travel sales experience however if you have been on cruises and have excellent customer service and sales skills, we would welcome your application!

This role is based at our bright modern office in Leyland, with free parking, however homeworking will be considered for anyone with previous extensive cruise sales experience.

Working hours are 37.5 hours per week over 5 days Monday-Saturday. 9am-6pm. You may work later during peak periods.

When you join us, you will have an initial 3-week interactive training period with our inhouse training team. You’ll then join our ‘academy’ with dedicated support from your mentors and coaching and support from your team manager.

We have our next inductions in April and May.

You will have lots of opportunities to enhance your product and destination knowledge – including product training from our destination team and suppliers. You’ll have the chance to attend supplier events where you can meet others in the industry as well as learn about a product or destination – and there are usually prizes up for grabs!
