Job Description

Reporting into the Head of Digital, the CRM Manager will work across the agency in developing and delivering content strategies and solutions,

The role will be responsible for developing and delivering data driven, customer focused and integrated CRM solutions right through the customer acquisition, retention and loyalty journey.

  • Develop and drive the agency’s end to end CRM proposition from a technology, segmentation, messaging, delivery, testing, measurement and reporting
  • Work closely with the Insight & Planning and Client Service teams to ensure that all CRM recommendations and solutions are integrated, seamless and results focused
  • Establish and grow strong relationships with multiple senior client stakeholders through a demonstration of industry knowledge, customer/content led thinking and the application of this to solve client’s challenges
  • Play a key role in supporting the agencies new business and business development goals

The Successful Applicant

  • Previous experience within CRM role
  • Proven track record of creating and delivering highly effective, data driven CRM solutions.
  • A passion for excellence and continuous improvement
  • Strong team management and development skills
  • Strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
