As a Criminal Justice Recovery Coordinator with Change Grow Live you’ll work with people who use our services, helping them get to where they want to be.

Change Grow Live Warwickshire is a fully integrated drug and alcohol service responsible for delivering a wide range of interventions and we are currently seeking a Criminal Justice Recovery Coordinator to join our Criminal Justice Team.

This role provides an exciting opportunity to contribute to the continued development of the recovery community in Change Grow Live Warwickshire.

An exciting opportunity has arisen in Warwickshire within the CGL Criminal Justice Team. You will be responsible for working with the team across the service, predominantly focusing on Leamington and Stratford, however there is an expectation to assist in Nuneaton and Rugby when required.

An integrated drug & alcohol service, specifically with the team based in Leamington. Working with our partner agencies Warwickshire Police, Probation, P3 Housing and many others. We bring a passionate belief that recovery can be self-defined, contagious and a drug and alcohol-free lifestyle can be within the reaches of any individual, irrespective of their circumstances. To help achieve this, we invite people who share our passion, commitment and enthusiasm for personalised care and recovery to apply for the position of a Criminal Justice Recovery Coordinator.

The post holder will be committed to taking a positive, holistic and empowering approach to case management and co-ordination. Working in close partnership with the Multi-Disciplinary Team they will work with service users to initiate recovery from drug and/or alcohol dependence, to enable service users to build their own recovery capital and to support them to move into long term sustained recovery and social (re)integration. The post holder will also liaise with partnership agencies including criminal justice, housing and mental health services.

The successful applicant will carry a caseload of service users on prescribed opiate medication and provide screening, comprehensive assessments, risk assessments and risk management plans, recovery planning & reviews and support access to medically assisted recovery through titration and prescribing regimes. They will deliver 1-1 key working sessions and groups to support service users through engagement, detoxification, stabilisation and rehabilitation.

Harm reduction and support with recovery to improve the quality of life for the service user, their families and the community is key in this role.
