Working on dnata’s easyJet contract, you will be working with easyJet, who as Europe’s leading airline offers a unique and winning combination of the best route network connecting Europe’s primary airports, with great value fares and friendly service.

As part of the retail HUB dedicated to easyJet you will play an integral part of this delivery.

This exciting and challenging role is fundamental in achieving outstanding In-flight retail results. Responsible for developing and implementing an effective communication strategy in facilitating communication regarding strategic vision and objectives as well as new and operational activities. You will build strong and lasting relationships with the Cabin Crew in all territories, serving as the point of contact for retail communications – maintaining purposeful communications and reward strategies that are effective in multi-cultural and differing unionised environments.

You will be responsible for planning and implementing communication strategies and projects. You will manage programmes to improve engagement in the business strategy as well as facilitating workshops to the wider business. You will use your excellent communication skills to engage with colleagues and provide advice and guidance on key issues as well as line management of a small team.

You will be an integral part of a busy team with excellent communication skills at all levels, have an ability to manage communication across all mediums and be able to meet tight deadlines. You will need to be commercially astute with a high level of resilience

Ensuring compliance to legislative, customer and company standards is paramount. You will maintain best practice and review and monitor processes and action changes as necessary.

You will pride yourself on delivering our world famous 5* customer service, investigating issues when needed, and maintaining and developing relationships with our customers.

You will be a self-motivated, consistently professional individual who works well in a fast-paced environment and take pride in all you do. You strive to exceed your internal and external customers’ expectations and have a high level of attention to detail, alongside a methodical and logical approach to work.

We will accept candidates from across the UK with a preference for either London or Manchester based.
