The cash collections team at CCS Media has a full time, permanent opportunity for an additional Credit Controller within our cash applications team. A keen eye for detail and numerical ability is essential to be successful in this role.

You will a have passion for supporting our day-to-day business and an eagerness for offering improvements in processes. You will need to be driven and can work on your own or in a team. The role is based at our Head Office, in Chesterfield but after your initial induction, we offer the options to work from home.

Brief description of duties:

  • Preparing BACS files
  • Distributing cash sheets
  • Applying cash
  • Applying credits
  • Dealing with misapplications
  • Banking & applying cheques
  • Running direct debit requests
  • Maintaining cash spreadsheets
  • Managing unapplied cash
