Our client is a leading global manufacturer and supplier.

Job Description

Your key responsibilities will be to:

  • Run statements and send to customers
  • Reminder letters
  • Run aged debt reports
  • Chase late payments
  • Allocate payments
  • Credit invoices for goods returned
  • Maintain excel sheet
  • Processing invoices
  • Matching delivery notes to purchase invoices
  • Assist in preparation of monthly purchase ledger control account
  • Other ad hoc duties

The Successful Applicant

Successful candidates will need to have experience in a similar role, excellent attention to detail and available for a minimum of 3 months.

You will need to be able to travel to the offices in Tamworth, and immediately available or on a short notice.

Monday - Thursday 8.30am -5pm and Friday 8.30am - 4pm
