As a versatile and creative designer, you will be a professional creative solutions facilitator as well as producing high-quality design work, working on a large range of B2B client projects to deliver a real difference to our clients and their customers. Whether it’s print, social media, or an exhibition stand, your design work will help our clients’ communications cut through the ordinary.

Your core purpose is to...

  • Create smart, great looking designs that solve our clients’ business problems
  • Develop everything from digital assets for multimedia, to websites, campaign assets and literature
  • Support your ideas internally and to clients

Specifically, you are responsible for...

  • Designing – Content that matches our clients’ brand, aesthetic, and marketing strategy, including social media graphics, website banners, as well as printed promotional artwork
  • Consistency - Ensuring consistency in design across all platforms
  • Adapts & amends – Making changes, additions and new versions of existing work
  • Polishing – Working with external craftspeople like 3D artists to create the very best looking creative work
  • Supporting others – Support members of the team, helping them find solutions that they may not reach themselves

Specifically, your main duties are...

Creative delivery

  • To produce exceptional design/creative solutions, which are our best possible response to a client’s brief
  • To work with the Creative Director to ensure that the creative brief is challenged and sets you up for success
  • To look to go beyond what is in the brief to show further possibilities for how your idea/design can expand
  • To ensure that your work is on brief
  • To take onboard creative feedback / critique and make appropriate revisions to your work
  • To begin to build a good understanding of the brands you work on, their stories, their behaviours and their design guidelines
  • To prepare files for final print and digital delivery as required
  • To have a thorough understanding of design software, as this relates to the successful execution of your creative ideas

Supporting others

  • To foster good relationships with colleagues across the agency
  • To proactively support your manager by suggesting new ideas and questioning thinking where appropriate
  • To refer to more senior team members for advice and support

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
