The role


You will be based at our clients site (leading financial business/brand) as part of their Studio Hub and you will work with our client and their stakeholders, to produce outstanding creative artwork solutions in an accurate, timely and cost-effective manner. You will support Brand Governance and act as a Brand Guardian for our client’s brands.

The Studio Hub contributes to the development of major campaigns for the retail bank and they also support a range of Group initiatives, managing a portfolio of artwork for around 1,500 items of literature.

You will be responsible for producing creative design artwork for the internal marketing team across the client’s brands and the wider business and liaise with key stakeholders and project managers to ensure the timely delivery of all print and digital marketing material. You will manage your own workflow to ensure timely delivery of requests.


Key responsibilities

  • Ownership of the creation of high-quality artwork and creative design following clients brief, spec and brand guidelines,
  • ensuring all design shapes and drives every form of customer communication,
  • responsible for design and roll out of creative artwork for print & digital such as brochures, posters, point of sale, interactive pdf’s, on-line assets (video and static) and image retouching,
  • competent proofing & self-editing capability and designing with accessibility in mind
  • copywriting headlines and small pieces of copy,
  • managing deadlines in keeping with internal & external clients,
  • effective communication with project managers, the Studio Hub team and the
  • Leeds artwork team,
  • provision of best practice design advice and constructive criticism for any activity undertaken
  • on behalf of the client and to uphold the brand guidelines,
  • manage image library and Tag assets in-line with Client processes

What you’ll bring
  • Strong Artworker experience within either an on-site team or studio
  • proficient in InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, PowerPoint and After Effects
  • Ability to add creative value where possible, including challenging the brief with the customer journey at the heart of everything you produce
  • great attention to detail,
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • High standard of creative artwork delivery
