SET Recruitment are supporting Comprehensive schools in the Blaenau Gwent, Torfaen and Monmouthshire authority with individuals from not only educational backgrounds, but also ex-police / forces, sports, music, drama or any other transferrable life skills.We are ideally looking for full time individuals who can drive.The ideal applicant will have:
  • A passionate, committed and professional attitude with the ability to encourage learner engagement.
  • Positive but strong behaviour management.
  • A current Enhanced DBS – SET Recruitment will provide a free DBS if you are not on the update service.
  • Be able to provide Right to Work Documents.And will be expected to:
  • Encourage a positive learning experience for pupils to achieve their full potential.
  • Be fully committed to the safeguarding of children.
