Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients’ health needs and develop tailored care plans.
  • Administer medications and treatments prescribed.
  • Monitor and record patients’ vital signs and medical information.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create and implement effective care plans.
  • Provide health education, emotional support and reassurance to patients and their families.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records.
  • Adhere to all medical and ethical standards, ensuring patient confidentiality.
  • Stay updated with the latest medical advancements and best practices.
Requirements:
  • Valid and active NMC Registration.
  • 6 Months proven experience as a Registered Nurse with community nursing expertise.
  • Excellent knowledge of medical terminology and procedures.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Empathetic, caring, and dedicated to providing exceptional patient care.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic healthcare environment.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
