For our UK manufacturing site in Telford, we are looking for a proactive Country Account Manager for a full-time permanent position, to start as soon possible.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Identify prospect needs, generate interest, and show value of offerings whilst handling objections to generate interest in partnering with Protolabs.
  • Encourage prospects to upload CAD to our online quoting system and follow up on quotes.
  • Maintain complete and comprehensive information in our database that can impact revenue growth by uncovering additional relevant contacts within the existing customer base.
  • Build and continuously improve upon your knowledge and understanding of the Protolabs range of services as well as continuous personal and professional development.

Your qualifications and experience:
  • Experience of working in a Sales environment, ideally with business to business focus, competent in generating new opportunities via telephone including prospecting and cold calling.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal, with the ability to interact across departments and with senior stakeholders both external and internal.
  • Ability to work successfully in a fast paced, team orientated environment.
  • Possesses a technical mindset, including working knowledge of Salesforce, Webinar Platforms, Tooling and Prototyping Technologies.
