Our client, a leading utilities company based in Prenton are currently recruiting a Cost Administrator on a contract basis, initially until the end of the year, but likely to be extended.

The ideal candidate would come from a Cost Control/ Admin / Document Control background with strong SAP experience

Duties
Data Handling and Reporting
  • Collate, submit, and report various forms of data across the projects and portfolio
  • Run financial data reports (SAP) for Projects throughout their life cycle
  • Raise, administer, and complete various Purchase Orders and invoices
  • Support the planning and budget revisions for major projects
  • Collate, submit, and report data and asset management submissions into corporate systems
  • Collate, submit, and report time-writing and contractor data to ensure compliance with business processes
  • Support the general running and administration of the section
Required Skills
  • Good Experience with the SAP system
  • Stakeholder and Customer Service Engagement / Communication skills
  • Strong Administration skills within a similar industry / environment
  • Microsoft Office
  • Qualification in appropriate business discipline or relevant experience
  • Flexible to take on additional tasks if required
