Description

Unily is an award-wining enterprise employee experience platform designed for the world’s leading enterprises to connect, inform, and engage globally diverse workforces with a meaningful digital experience. They are now looking for a Corporate Social Responsibility Coordinator Apprentice to join their team!

This role will form part of the HR (Human Resource) team at Unily and will play key role in delivering our CSR strategy. Working closely with various stakeholders across the business, and external consultants, you will help innovate and drive ambitions for social and environmental change, and to be a champion for sustainability in the organisation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop strong, collaborative relationships with leaders across the business to gain buy-in to the CSR roadmap
  • Make recommendations for other project areas that would improve our environment and community.
Provide regular updates on the project plan, including, but not limited to, the following key areas;
  • Research and assist in introducing sustainability awareness training for all employees
  • Research and suggest a detailed plan on how Unily become Carbon Neutral
  • Monitor our carbon impact through travel, and make suggestions in offsetting this
  • Create a proposal and plan to implement ISO9001
  • Work alongside our L&D function to ensure we have sufficiently trained Mental Health First Aiders
  • Research and make proposals for implementing EV charging points for our UK office
Entry requirements
  • You’ll need to pass a face to face screening interview with our Talent Team (don’t worry, we’re a friendly bunch) and sit initial assessments in Maths and English.
  • You’ll need to have a minimum of one A-Level or Level 3 equivalent qualification.
  • You will need to be a commutable distance to the office.
