Corporate Services Officer - Finance Administration

We are currently looking for a Corporate Services Officer to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis, working 37 hours per week.

The Role

As a Corporate Services Officer, you will provide administrative and finance support to our income generation and fundraising activities.

Overseeing a variety of financial processes, you will manage purchase ledgers, bank reconciliations and system updates on payment data.

You will also monitor Gift Aid Declarations and produce reports to track uptake from donors and supporters as well as co-ordinating and processing Gift Aid Claims and reporting other donations received.

Additionally, you will:

- Verify and process grant claim payments

- Manage petty cash

- Process and submit procurement returns

- Prepare Just Giving breakdowns and reconciliations

- Process regular reconciliation reports of income received

About You

To be considered as a Corporate Services Officer, you will need:

- A minimum of two years’ experience working in a similar role

- Experience assisting with the preparation of financial reports

- Experience of minute-taking at senior-level meetings

- An understanding of the importance of financial controls, regulations and procedures

- Proficiency in SAGE or other accounting software

- Strong IT skills, specifically developing and maintaining complex Microsoft Excel spreadsheets

- Strong organisational and time management skills

- Good communication skills
