This highly successful firm has been able to expand, creating a need for more Corporate Lawyers to join their team. The work at this firm is high calibre and varied, and you will have the opportunity to assist the team on a multitude of corporate transactions including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, demergers, corporate governance and advisory.

The right candidate for this role will be confident in their corporate background, and bring a demonstrable set of skills to the table - this team is supportive and dynamic, with a real aptitude for growing and developing talent.
