About us


We are the Facilities and Finance team supporting both staff and service users working from and visiting Abbey House in Abingdon.


About the role


You will be responsible for the recording of all financial transactions within the local office and making cash and cheque payments to service users and staff as required. This will include inputting into financial records on IBC, raising and processing purchase orders.


In addition, you will provide a full range of property and premises support duties, including dealing with meeting room bookings, answering emails in the team inbox, carry out heath safety checks and general postal duties.


Provide face to face advice to clients and callers and signposting them to the correct services.


About you


We are looking for someone who can build excellent working relationships with professionals and members of the public, you must be a highly organised individual, with good IT and numeracy skills, excellent attention to detail and be able to work calmly and effectively under pressure.

You must be a good communicator with a customer-focused approach and have previous experience working in an administrative environment.
