An exceptional opportunity for a Corporate Commercial Solicitor to join this Legal 500, reputable law firm in Cambridgeshire

This multi - office, commercially minded firm have a reputation nationally for the work that they do across a wide range of disciplines. They are well established and have been practicing and providing professional advice for decades across Cambridgeshire

The firm pride themselves on their straightforward and pragmatic advice, whilst holding strong client relationships and regularly being recommended by satisfied clients. They have a collaborative approach and support each other but sharing and developing knowledge.

Due to their success and organic growth, this exceptional firm are on the lookout for a Corporate Commercial Solicitor to work closely alongside an existing team of experienced lawyers.

Ideally you will have a minimum of 3 years’ experience up to mid level in all Corporate and Commercial matters. The work will be interesting and of high net worth, dealing with matters to include mergers and acquisitions, commercial agreements, shareholders agreements, joint ventures, and general company advice

The team are on the lookout for someone that is commercially minded and someone that will fit into the team dynamic well. Someone who is happy to get involved in business development and marketing is essential.
