Aspire Cambridge are recruiting for a Corporate Account Administrator on behalf of our client in Coleshill, West Midlands

Full Job Description

Our client is the recognised leader in technology solutions for fleet management, insurance telematics, optimisation and vehicle camera systems

Key Requirements

  • Previous experience in the Automotive, Insurance, Fleet Management, Logistics or SaaS background.
  • Previous track record of building strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
  • Previous admin or office management experience.
  • Ability to build solid client relationships.
  • Strong negotiating skills with the emphasis on excellence.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to engage with internal departments and drive project delivery.
  • Be a confident self-starter capable of upselling and cross selling to existing accounts

Key Duties:

  • Main point of contact for all SME accounts with fleet size of 20-400
  • Support the Corporate Sales team with finding new opportunities from the existing customer base
  • Processing small orders for new and existing customers
  • Support other departments where necessary to resolve customer issues
  • Play a key role in the on boarding of new customers, communicate with internal stakeholders, provide regular updates to new customers to ensure an excellent on boarding experience

Start: ASAP

Hours: 9-5pm Monday to Friday 37.5 hours

Location: Coleshill, West Midlands

Salary: £22-30k
