This role is responsible for further developing and growing the PRECISIONadvisors global pricing & market access practice. Ideally, the role would be based in London, UK, but we would also welcome applications from individuals based outside London, or even in Europe. Successful candidates must have an in-depth knowledge of global pricing & market access, as well as a passion for creating new business, cultivating client relationships, and a hands-on approach to delivering projects and developing the team.

Essential functions of the job include but are not limited to:

  • Actively participate in and contribute to the senior leadership of the PRECISIONadvisors business, including setting business strategy, participating in initiatives that encourage colleague engagement and satisfaction, promoting business growth, and ensuring operational and methodological excellence.
  • Collaborate across multiple business units on business strategy and execution
  • Provide leadership and direction as part of a consulting team delivering high-quality pricing, market access sand related services to biopharmaceutical industry clients
  • Coordinate prioritization, resource allocation, and delivery for projects with resource and project leaders
  • Contribute to business growth within existing global pricing and market access consulting services and expansion of these service lines
  • Achieve revenue and sales targets through direct client engagement and support project leads in client management, project delivery and sales activities
  • Create new business opportunities and maintain long-term partnerships with clients, pro-actively identifying and proposing technical and strategic solutions
  • Identify and develop talent both inside and outside of the existing team

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 10+ years’ experience in pricing and market access consulting
  • Broad technical knowledge of global pricing and market access services (European experience a priority)
  • Successful review of project or data outputs, interpret results, and develop/deliver presentations
  • Strong knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry and understanding of buyers of pricing, market access and specialty distribution/hub strategy services
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple assigned accounts simultaneously and related revenue
  • Strong strategic and technical writing skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Successful history meeting deadlines while working on multiple parallel projects

Preferred:

  • Postgraduate degree - MBA, PharmD or PhD
  • Demonstrated success in leading new business opportunities to include attracting and delivering new
  • Business revenue at targets based on experience level
