Conveyancing and Private Client Legal Executive/Solicitor

Location: Offices near Pontypridd

TSR Legal are working with a close-knit and highly reputable law firm with offices conveniently located near Pontypridd. The firm takes pride in providing comprehensive legal services to valued clients in residential property matters as well as private client, probate, and LPA cases. They are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Conveyancing and Private Client Legal Executive/Solicitor to join their team and contribute to the continued success and growth of our practice.

Role Overview: As a Conveyancing and Private Client Legal Executive/Solicitor, you will be entrusted with handling a diverse caseload, combining both residential property matters and private client cases. Your responsibilities will include guiding clients through property transactions and advising them on private client matters such as probate, LPAs, and other related legal issues. Your expertise and professionalism will be crucial in ensuring our clients receive exceptional service and successful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and progress a varied caseload of residential property matters, including sales, purchases, and remortgages.
Handle private client cases, including probate, wills, LPAs, and estate planning.
Provide expert legal advice to clients, guiding them through complex processes with clarity and empathy.
Conduct legal research and stay up-to-date with relevant laws and regulations.
Liaise with clients, solicitors, and other parties involved in the legal process to facilitate smooth transactions.
Prepare and review legal documentation accurately and efficiently.
Represent clients in meetings, negotiations, and, if necessary, court proceedings.

Requirements:
At least 2 years relevant experience in conveyancing and private client matters.
Strong knowledge and understanding of residential property law and private client practices, including probate and LPAs.
Proven ability to handle a diverse caseload independently, ensuring excellent client care and successful case outcomes.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex legal matters in a clear and accessible manner.
Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
A positive and proactive attitude, with a dedication to providing the highest level of service to clients.
Ability to work collaboratively within a close-knit team environment.
Relevant certifications and accreditations are advantageous but not essential.
