Overview

Our client is on the lookout to recruit a passionate and driven Licensed Conveyancer or non-qualified fee earner to join their busy Residential Conveyancing department based in their new Leicester office.

Joining a friendly and inclusive Conveyancing team, there will be plenty of opportunities to make the role your own and progress your career with this forward-thinking firm.

The role

  • Managing your own Residential Conveyancing caseload all the way from start to finish
  • Handling Residential Conveyancing sales and purchases, remortgaging, equity release and new builds
  • Raising and drafting enquires and draft mortgage reports
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with the firm’s loyal and new clients
  • Liaising closely with clients and updating them at all stages of their case

Ideal candidate

  • Prior experience of working as part of a Residential Property team is essential. You must have experience of raising enquiries and drafting mortgage reports.
  • The ability to perform well in a busy environment and prioritise your workload with competing client needs
  • Ambitious, confident, and career-minded
