Contracts Manager - Prime Residential

The Company:

My client are one the most established names in the London prime residential market, and have an enviable list of clients including major London Landowners and UHNW private clients.

They have a turnover of c. £50m per annum (much of which is already secured for 2022) and are financially very robust, having property interests alongside their construction business.

My client predominantly refurbish grand homes and listed buildings in the capital as well as country houses in the Home Counties and occasional high end commercial projects.

Typical projects range from £2m to £10m+ in contract value and are located in some of the most affluent locations in London, including Chelsea, Mayfair and Belgravia.

The Role:

My client are currently looking to appoint a Contracts Manager.

You will be based from their modern office in London’s West End, visiting sites as required.

The successful candidate will manage 4 to 6 live projects with contract values ranging from £100k to £5m. The works will predominantly be prime residential refurbishment but there will be some commercial projects, any many are Listed Buildings or buildings with historical significance.

You will report to the construction director, and will have good scope to further your career in line with their long term growth strategy.

Successful applicants will likely have previous experience in the prime residential sector at contracts manager level, and be keen to add value to a dynamic and growing business.

This is a permanent position with good scope for long term career advancement.

The company have a very low staff turnover which is testament to their investment into the development and wellbeing of their team.
