We are currently seeking a Contracts Manager to direct and coordinate the successful delivery of our business plan. Your main responsibilities will include developing, monitoring and improving on personal and departmental KPI’s, undertaking health and safety audits to ensure that each development is working to the procedures manual and managing and developing the Construction Team to deliver excellence on site and maintaining our 5* customer service. You’ll also deliver a consistent commercial approach to productivity, programme, quality control and cost management across site operations, inspire project management teams to be proud of the projects they are building and develop a culture on site which binds the cost control, sales, after care and site management team together to improve customer satisfaction.

What We Are Looking For

We are an organisation that values growth and career development so we would consider someone who is looking to take their next step up the ladder from senior site manager. What is important to us is that we find someone who:

Holds NVQ Level 6 or equivalent in a construction related field

Holds a valid CSCS card, scaffolding inspection, first aid at work, SMSTS and UK driving licence

Has an excellent understanding of the NHBC and building regulations

Has excellent customer care skills with the ability to deal with complaints

Has the ability to instil a professional culture throughout the team

Has the ability to forecast builds across multiple new build sites

Has strong knowledge of the house building industry in both private and social sectors
