Are you an experienced Mechanical Contracts Manager seeking a new and exciting challenge? An anonymous client, a leading player in the construction industry, is currently on the lookout for a skilled professional to join their team in Barlborough.

Position: Mechanical Contracts Manager

Location: Barlborough

Salary: Up to £57,500 (Depending on Experience)

About the Role: As a Mechanical Contracts Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing mechanical contracts within the realm of HVAC, Plumbing, and Soil Stacks, particularly in high-rise building projects. This position demands a seasoned professional with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, who can confidently take charge of complex projects and ensure their successful completion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee mechanical contracts, ensuring they meet quality, safety, and deadline standards.
  • Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to develop and execute project plans.
  • Provide technical expertise in HVAC, Plumbing, and Soil Stacks in high-rise building environments.
  • Conduct site inspections, manage subcontractors, and troubleshoot any arising issues.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.

Qualifications And Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Mechanical Contracts Manager.
  • Proven track record in successfully managing projects related to HVAC, Plumbing, and Soil Stacks in high-rise buildings.
