Job ProfileA great opportunity has arisen for a Contracts Administrator to join a leading construction specialist located in North London. The company work on a range of exciting commercial projects across the London area and due to continuous growth and success require a Contracts Administrator to join their team.The successful Contracts Administrator will have experience working within the construction industry previously. You will also be I.T literate and have knowledge of using online document portals (Asite, Aconex, Viewpoint etc).Contracts Administrator Position Overview
  • Support both the Contract Management & Design Teams.
  • Report to the Contracts Coordinator
  • Responsible for general administration within the Contracts Team
  • Document control within the Design Team.
  • Assist in the successful running of the day-to-day operations, alongside the Contracts Coordinator.
  • Downloading and distribution of construction documents, including uploading to various project information software (Aconex, Asite, 4Projects/Viewpoint, Dochosting, ACMetrix, Safetybank, and others)
  • Administrative support to the Contracts Coordinator (e.g., filing, archiving, photocopying, maintaining accurate record system, chasing documentation from clients, colleagues and subcontractors where necessary etc).
Contracts Administrator Position Requirements
  • Construction industry experience
  • Confident using a computer and Outlook for emails.
  • Confident in using Microsoft Office package.
  • Excellent organisation skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • A team player.
  • Effective communicator.
  • Experience using online document portals would be helpful but not essential (i.e., Asite, Aconex, Viewpoint).
Contracts Administrator Position Remuneration
  • Starting salary £21,000 - £25,000 (dependant on experience)
  • 28 days holiday
  • Pension
