Job Purpose:

As part of our operations team, you will be responsible for the smooth function of all aspects of Building Reinstatement Services, including the appointment of subcontractors to undertake works, order fulfilment and delivery. An efficient, functional service is the backbone of our successful regional operations and your expertise in logistics management will build better supply processes. You will be responsible for the successful delivery of the Region’s KPI’s, including service delivery standards in relation to the customer specifications and requirements and achievement of the regional and business financial budget targets. You will be required to manage and develop all services ensuring continuity throughout the regions within agreed financial parameters, operating procedures and all legislative requirements covering both operational and personnel training requirements to meet and exceed performance targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading the strategic development of the Building Development Services, delivering Best in
  • Class services aligned with the customer vision, principles, and service level requirements and to introduce innovation.
  • Overall responsibility to manage the quality and output of our UK Contractor Network.
  • Responsible for sourcing, vetting, and appointing new suppliers to our network.
  • Building, maintaining, and enhancing relationships directly with our external clients, suppliers team and central departments.
  • To typically handle and resolve customer queries and complaints.
  • Ensuring that all incoming documentation is processed correctly and that the back office is maintained and updated.
  • Undertaking timely communication with key PM/PTL stakeholders.
  • Arranging purchase orders in respect of subcontractor works/project costs.
  • Managing the implementation of new projects as required.
  • Understanding and adapting continuously to client business drivers, challenges and

expectations.

  • Identifying and leveraging the synergies that exist between ISS, its supply partners and
  • Customers to continuously raise levels of customer advocacy for ISS.
  • Ensuring collection, consolidation, and presentation of management information to MD and business.
  • Planning, monitoring, and controlling budgets to achieve planned business performance and

delivering P&L plans & KPI’s.

  • Setting individual contract and overall objectives and targets for the region and the team.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory and corporate requirements particularly with regards to and HR legislation.
  • In conjunction with the Sales team, produce regular account retention and development plans
  • To ensure absolute focus on customer retention and account development.
  • Develop a safety culture within the region to establish a secure and safe environment.
  • Establish new and maintain safe systems of work.
  • Ensure personal compliance and that of your team to the ISS reporting procedure for and near misses.

Qualifications & Experiences:

  • Previous customer services and contractor/surveying experience.
  • Ideally requires specialist knowledge of the Building Reinstatement industry.
  • 3 years’ experience working in a senior role within the Building Reinstatement industry
  • Commercial and financial awareness in a client and business environment.
  • Ability to operate at all levels throughout the organisation.
  • Communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to engage and lead a team of direct reports and motivate the regional staff to perform at a high level of performance.
  • Able to command credibility and be able to influence.
  • High degree of initiative, creativity, and wide scope for discretion.
  • Possess or show willingness to work towards degree, diploma, or similar qualification or related qualification.
