Work collaboratively with stakeholders to maintain and develop a portfolio of income and expenditure contracts.

To develop NHS Standard contracts as required, adopting a robust project management approach and monitor against service specification, outcomes and performance indicators.

To lead and deliver technical/compliance requirements of the NHS Standard Contract, which will involve the preparation and management of the contract particulars.

To lead and deliver technical/compliance requirements of other NHS Contract templates or where agreed, Provider contract templates including the preparation and management of their completion.

Develop strong working relationships with Internal stakeholders, Provider organisations and Suppliers of goods and services to improve the overall quality and financial efficiencies of LPFT.

Support implementation of strategies, development and implementation of service business plans, development of integrated commissioning plans and any associated action plans, in accordance with the agreed priorities of the team.

You will need to have previous contract management experience to apply.
