Description

EQUANS are looking for a Contract Manager to join our team in London on a permanent, full-time basis. If you’re the type of person who loves to maximise results and make the complex, simple - this could be the role for you!

You will be responsible for the management of The Institute for Cancer Research contract, with offices based in Sutton and Chelsea, ensuring that all work is carried out in a cost effective, timely manner.

What will you deliver?

  • Be accountable for the financial performance of the contracts.
  • Ensure personnel manage the contract to the Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Ensure that all risks relating to safety, health, environment and quality are effectively managed through the use of risk assessments, PPE, training and company procedures to ensure a safe working environment for both employees and clients.
  • Review monthly audit checks demonstrating legislative compliance within scope of service delivery streams and to escalate to the portfolio director as necessary.
  • Ensure compliance with all statutory and company procedures across the stakeholder groups.
  • Ensure all PPM and reactive tasks are carried out in accordance with the maintenance specification and documented in real time using the CAFM system.
  • Ensure plant faults and defects are swiftly remedied to maintain plant in serviceable order. In accordance with the delegated authority with the applicable contract or authorised by the client.
  • Work with operational management to develop performance measurement and improvement objectives in line with business plan through positive collaboration
  • Drive successful contract negotiations and business improvement initiatives
  • Drive profit improvement through both sales generation and cost saving initiatives in a collaborative manner with the operations teams.

Qualifications

Who are we looking for?

  • Recognised industry standard qualification relating to Hard services
  • Technical background essential
  • Clean Driving licence
  • Previous contract management experience
  • Team working experience
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word and Outlook
  • Experience of using a CAFM system
  • Suitable experience and track record in working in Facilities Management
  • Suitable knowledge of commercial refrigeration systems and F-gas legislation
