Job Profile

Contract Manager required for our client, an HVAC Contractor who design, install, service and maintain various mechanical & electrical equipment within Commercial Buildings throughout the South East. Our client currently requires an experienced Contract Manager to join their expanding team in their Surrey office. The Contract Manager will manage a variety of M&E installations across the South East including London, this role will be a mixture of working remotely, at the office & attending site.

The Contract Manager will be expected to have 10 years’ HVAC experience in a similar position. The Contract Manager will have involvement within the installation and maintenance division and work alongside other contract managers to deliver projects and support their requirements whilst preparing designs, quotes, proposals and will also support the tender, estimating and design teams.

It is essential that the Contract Manager holds a full driving licence, an HNC or equivalent in Building Services is preferred but not essential.

Contract Manager Position Requirements
  • Live within the South East
  • Hold 10 years’ HVAC experience in a similar role
  • Hold a full UK Driving Licence
Contract Manager Position Remuneration
  • Basic Salary up to £65,000 DOE
  • £5,000 Car Allowance
  • 25 Days Holiday + 8 Days Bank Holiday
  • Further package details to be discussed at interview stage
